Using gentle muscle testing, acupressure, and other techniques, this session helps identify stress patterns, emotional blocks, and subconscious beliefs that may be affecting your wellbeing.
We work with your body, mind, and energy system to restore balance, release what no longer serves you, and support your body’s natural ability to heal.
Kinesiology can help with emotional challenges, stress, burnout, physical tension, and lifestyle patterns related to sleep, digestion, and weight management.
Sessions are conducted while you lie down comfortably, fully clothed.
