This session is recommended if you’re looking to address past wounds, trauma, or long-standing relationships and emotional patterns.
Modern research shows that trauma and early relational experiences are stored in the body and nervous system. This can show up as ongoing tension, chronic stress, difficulty regulating emotions, or feeling stuck in patterns such as over-functioning, anxiety, shutdown, or reactivity.
These experiences may also give rise to coping mechanisms and behaviours that, over time, to feel at ease, connected, and fully engaged in your life and relationships.
Initial sessions focus on gently exploring your emotional, thinking, and relationship patterns, how your body holds and responds to stress, and the ways you’ve learned to cope.
From there, we define a therapeutic path tailored to your unique needs and goals that supports emotional regulation, body awareness and reconnection, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Depending on what’s most supportive for you, this may involve a specific psychotherapy modality, gentle experiential and somatic techniques, kinesiology, or an integrative blend of approaches.


Kinesiology helps you decode the messages your body is sending and uncover the underlying stress patterns, unresolved emotions, and limiting beliefs held at the unconscious level that may be holding you back.
Physical symptoms such as tension, fatigue, or discomfort can indicate that your body, mind, or energy system is out of balance.
In these sessions, we work experientially with your body and energy system to release what no longer serves you, restore balance, and support your body’s natural ability to heal.
This process can also highlight areas where lifestyle, mindset, or nutrition may be affecting your wellbeing, and appropriate referrals can be made if needed.
Sessions may include muscle testing, acupressure, flower essences and essential oils, sound therapy, and specific guided relaxations tailored to your needs.
You remain fully clothed and lie down comfortably while we work together to bring your body and energy into alignment.
