Her quest for answers initiated her own healing and transformative journey removing layers of obligation, seeking validation, unrealistic expectations and leading her to finally pursue her soul calling of helping others to awaken from their automatic thinking and reclaiming their self-worth.

She created the Heart Opener Formula™ program to share the most impactful healing techniques and the key learning she has embodied over the last 10 years so that others can transform their lives, come back to wholeness and find more fulfilment.
